Experience what it feels like to float in icy water.
You will get a dry suit that keeps you dry and warm so you can relax and focus on being present in your body. We will first give you a dry suit and help you in dressing up. Once we are dressed, we will give you instructions and then you can step into the water. You can enjoy being supported by water in a frozen lake. You can observe the nature, the quietness around and your own sensations. After floating, we will enjoy a traditional Finnish lakeside sauna. You will have a chance to try ice swimming and experience the relaxing effects of the warmth of the sauna and icy water.

PLEASE BRING: Something to drink, warm clothes that fit under the drysuit, beanie and gloves, towel and swimming suit.
Booking conditions:
We charge a 100% cancellation fee if the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before the event
We charge a 50% cancellation fee if the reservation is canceled less than 14 days before the event
